The return and refund process should be raised by the customer within 7 days from the date of printing photos with the photo booth.

Damaged or bad print by the photo booth.
Process for return and refund
The customer is required to contact the company by sending an email to yashwanth1408@gmail.com or ninetechnosolutions33@gmail.com or contacting the company through WhatsApp number +91 6364382316 or +91 9343951111 of Yashwanth Reddy, NINE TECHNO SOLUTIONS. The customer is required to send digital photos of the damage or mistakes in the printed 4X6 photo from the photo booth. The customer is also required to give a detailed explanation of what went wrong with the photo booth and the print given by the photo booth. Nine Techno Solutions reserves the discretionary right to accept or reject the return and refund.
Process of refund and refund
The company will check the systems and assess each case. The refunds shall be processed by 3-5 working days from the date of raising the refund process by the customer. The refund shall be directly to the customer's bank account, through which the company has received the amount.
